Getting Your Property Repaired or Replaced
If your property can be repaired, you have the option of:
- Using one of our Certified Economical Quality Contractors (CEQC), or
- Selecting a contractor of your own
If you'd like to use your own contractor, we'll contact the vendor and fax them your coverage information. A claims representative will complete an assessment of the damage, which you can take to your preferred contractor. If the contractor has any questions or concerns, they can contact us.
If your property cannot be repaired or has been stolen and not recovered, a claims representative will assist you in processing your claim.
