Getting Your Car Repaired or Replaced
If your vehicle can be repaired, you have the option of:
- Using one of our Certified Economical Repair Facilities (CERF), or
- Going to your own repair shop
If you'd like to use your own repair shop, we'll contact the vendor and fax them your coverage information. An appraiser will complete an estimate, which you can take to your preferred shop. If the shop has any questions or concerns, they can contact us.
If your vehicle cannot be repaired or has been stolen and not recovered, an appraiser will determine the actual cash value. You may be contacted to assist the appraiser in their evaluation.
